[00:00:00] Hey, this is Kelly from the Dolly Rocks. This is Joe queer from the infamous queers
[00:00:03] Hey sweet Piedmontini. Hey, this is Indica flower and you are listening to our brains hurt our brains hurt our brains hurt
[00:00:52] Oh, yeah, the fucking KBS dude founders
[00:01:11] Delicious it sucks that founders is so expensive
[00:01:15] Yeah, this was $19. I know for a four pack a four pack dude that
[00:01:21] They're they're four pack of one of their breakfast stouts. I can't remember which one it is
[00:01:27] I want to say it's like the bourbon barrel
[00:01:30] Something or other breakfast out
[00:01:32] It's a bourbon barrel coffee something chocolate. Maybe this is bourbon barrel coffee chocolate. Oh, is it? Yeah, 12% alcohol
[00:01:42] Let me read you the description because it sounds sexy ready
[00:01:45] The beer that taught us the patients truly is a virtue this big bold imperial status brew the premium chocolate and
[00:01:52] Coffee then aged in bourbon barrels that introduce powerful notes of vanilla cocoa and charred oak
[00:01:58] Super good, isn't it? Oh, yeah
[00:02:00] Okay, so you get it for cheaper because those the four packs down here at Total Wine are $24. Oh, yeah, this is 19 something. Yeah
[00:02:09] Still expensive, but I mean it's
[00:02:12] I'm kind of like I'm starting to really like stouts
[00:02:15] They're so good
[00:02:17] Especially ones that have coffee in them coffee is a game changer for stouts
[00:02:20] You put like oh if you can ever find like an oatmeal coffee stout or a job
[00:02:26] Or like oatmeal Java stout. Yeah, I had the had the founder's breakfast out the other like a couple weeks ago
[00:02:32] Yeah, that's the oatmeal. Yeah, so good
[00:02:36] It's so good. Yeah, I wish
[00:02:40] My favorite stout of all time
[00:02:43] was
[00:02:45] Fuck what's the brewery?
[00:02:47] Bells bells brewery bells. Yeah, and it was called a rabba cadaver
[00:02:52] Interesting and it was a coffee milk stout and dude
[00:02:56] It was like bells is another brewery like if you see something bells, it's gonna be good. Where they from
[00:03:04] Georgia I think
[00:03:05] Could be wrong. I feel like I remember seeing GA on the box. I don't know I could be so wrong
[00:03:14] Yeah, but anything bells you see it if it's if it's you know because they make a really wide variety of beers
[00:03:21] um
[00:03:22] If you see something that peaks your interest by them buy it cuz you will like it. Yeah, cool
[00:03:28] What's up Chad? What's up, man? How are you? What's going down? Excellent, you know gangsta shit. Yeah talking about beers
[00:03:36] Yeah, nice nice nice
[00:03:38] You know, it would be cool if people could actually see this because I'm actually wearing a black velvet robe
[00:03:44] It's funny to say that because I'm going to start
[00:03:47] I'm gonna start our patreon again and the patreon is going to be the unedited
[00:03:52] video version
[00:03:54] Well, I hope you see this I can start with this episode if you don't mind Chad
[00:03:58] That's cool. Should I take the shirt off underneath too? I just just really just shake it all off, baby
[00:04:02] Just show some nipple before the end of the show. I'll make sure that happens
[00:04:06] This way I could charge $10 instead of $5
[00:04:10] People will give you money to not show it this is kind of a way
[00:04:13] I
[00:04:16] Guys ever watch that shows very scary people on HLN I am not
[00:04:22] HLN well headline news is that's what it's called HLN now because it's
[00:04:27] 2024 and it's yeah, everybody's got to have acronyms not just the government anymore
[00:04:32] I'm obsessed with true crime. I thought that was like home life network or something. I'm not gonna lie
[00:04:38] What that was I see it all the time, but like I'm the same thing I
[00:04:42] Listened a true crime like non-stop. So they have good stuff. I'm gonna watch it
[00:04:47] Are you a true crime podcast listener? Yeah, I listened to all kinds of weird shit
[00:04:53] Usually at night like when I'm falling asleep. I guess that's kind of creepy
[00:04:57] But I like to find like I like to find like the most horrific ones I can ever find
[00:05:02] And I don't even like discriminate on which ones I listen to I just kind of scroll through
[00:05:07] And now like my YouTube
[00:05:10] My YouTube history it just finds shit for me and it's like the worst of the worst of the worst
[00:05:15] So I don't know what it says about me as a person that like when I turn my YouTube on it's like these like
[00:05:20] stories about grizzly murders and
[00:05:23] horrific unsolved crimes
[00:05:26] Who's the most intriguing serial killer?
[00:05:29] Like if there was a show or a podcast about a specific which one would you stop and listen to?
[00:05:35] I mean, I think that like
[00:05:37] The way Netflix has done all those like the tapes of all the different ones
[00:05:41] I think that like the Ted Bundy one was really really crazy just because I didn't know
[00:05:48] All that wild stuff about him like escaping and doing all the stuff that he did but in all reality like
[00:05:54] The Jeffrey Dahmer stuff happened in our lifetime. Yes, and I mean it is like
[00:05:59] It's just unfathomable
[00:06:01] What that guy did and what he got away with for so long and
[00:06:05] Yeah, like literally drilling holes and people's skulls and shit like yeah, it's insane crazy
[00:06:12] Literally, it's insane. I mean just yeah the stuff that he was doing and
[00:06:16] The stuff that like when Netflix did that series and everybody was saying it was making him uncomfortable
[00:06:21] Like when you listen to like the tapes or the one of his neighbors actually had done like interviews back in like the late 90s
[00:06:29] I think it was
[00:06:31] They thought they watered it down big time to how like grotesque that that whole situation actually was
[00:06:38] You know, so it's I don't know. It's nutty
[00:06:41] But I'm usually like watching its cults and true crime
[00:06:44] But like the cults are the ones that I watch like hell, yeah
[00:06:47] The majority of the stuff on like I almost consider myself like a cult expert at this point because I've heard about every single one of
[00:06:53] them
[00:06:55] Yeah, as a matter of fact like fucking 10 minutes before we got on here
[00:07:01] I just texted with Oz because he's watching some shit right now on martial arts cults. Oh
[00:07:06] And that's like this shit is wild. Yeah. Hell, yeah
[00:07:09] So and I was like should we do an episode on martial arts cults
[00:07:12] So I think we should and have you on for that as well. Hey, I'd be all in there's one
[00:07:17] There's one that's really interesting. I've been I've been
[00:07:20] Starting to like watch stuff about a read about if you guys ever heard of yellow deli
[00:07:24] No, no deli spelled like new deli or deli like the sandwich up like sandwich shop
[00:07:29] It actually is a sandwich shop. Oh, wow, okay
[00:07:32] Yeah, it's like they have like a bunch of different locations and
[00:07:36] They're run by a cult where they have tons of kids that they just keep having children and having the children
[00:07:43] Go in like garden and farm for them
[00:07:45] Oh, and the people a wave cult
[00:07:48] Yeah
[00:07:48] And the people who work in the yellow delis are all part of the cults
[00:07:52] But it's crazy because they're in like 12 countries now or something like that in the US
[00:07:57] Yeah, there's multiple in the US. I can't remember what state I just started watching something the other day about it like
[00:08:04] one of those one of those like
[00:08:06] Internet sleuth kids he like infiltrated them and he's got like I don't know like a 12 part series
[00:08:13] About him like I'm into this joining the cult basically and trying to get a job at this deli
[00:08:19] But it's I mean, it's legit. It's insane. They do like suicide dances like just and they do it at work
[00:08:24] Where can I watch this? I found it on YouTube. I'll send you a
[00:08:29] YouTube history is just like the most yeah fucked up massive shit at this point that yeah
[00:08:35] It's mine weird too, man
[00:08:36] Yeah
[00:08:37] It's funny because my wife and I are both really into true crime and we both tell each other like if one of us dies
[00:08:42] The other one is definitely going to jail because of our internet like
[00:08:48] Yeah, so I feel like with mine if somebody ever looks up my internet history
[00:08:52] This is why like I could probably end up one day if I had like the best platform in the world
[00:08:58] I could never run for public office because somebody would look at my history and be like oh, yeah
[00:09:02] Yeah, I'd be fucked. Yeah
[00:09:04] Like like that guy who murdered his wife and probably would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for his his fucking
[00:09:11] Yeah, where it was like it was like so how long does it take to for a body to decompose?
[00:09:18] Yeah, what's the best way to grind up?
[00:09:20] Like yeah
[00:09:22] So this deli do the kids grow the vegetables that go on the sandwich. That's what I that's what I'm gathering from it
[00:09:29] It looks like it's right. I want some fucking
[00:09:32] Slave kid veggies. Yeah, you know what I mean? Like that's what I want that you know
[00:09:36] You probably taste good you can hear of the children. You can have my stomach, but you can't have my body
[00:09:42] They all live in like they all live in like some weird commune. I don't know
[00:09:47] I'm gonna that's probably like my agenda tonight when we're done with this is I'm just gonna lay around and
[00:09:53] Lay around and probably watch that
[00:09:56] Is there one in Maryland by any chance? No, I think that I want to say there's one in New York
[00:10:02] It's somewhere it's somewhere on the eastern US. There's one, but I know there's one on the West Coast too
[00:10:08] New York would make sense. I wonder if there's one in DC
[00:10:11] Probably another guy multiple in DC
[00:10:14] It's in the ping pong isn't the
[00:10:21] Who was it was it who was it that we had on oh, no, I guess it wasn't had on I think it was Kelly
[00:10:29] And there she was like is that the the place with the
[00:10:33] Yeah
[00:10:40] Dude that's so that's so sad what happened there too though like
[00:10:44] I know I know a guy that has worked there and like was not there when that happened
[00:10:48] But he did work there
[00:10:49] And it's like as a restaurant industry person when you hear about that stuff and like how like these wild ass conspiracies like I
[00:10:58] Just I can't imagine being the person that actually believes that kind of shit
[00:11:03] You know to that level and especially when all of a sudden you've got like like what do you do if you're just like a
[00:11:10] Bartender and some dude kicks your door down with some sort of machine gun trying to save children that don't actually exist
[00:11:17] You know what I mean like how do you handle that because like you make that for the customer is clearly fucking wrong at that point
[00:11:23] You know what I mean? So like what do you do like?
[00:11:25] It doesn't you get the manager, you know like you just what do you do I?
[00:11:30] Bet I'd be willing to bet that they have been doing better business wise since that happened
[00:11:36] Oh, I'm sure yeah because that's kind of it's become like a
[00:11:40] Yeah, it's either like you either believe that shit and want to go there or you think it's hilarious and want to go there
[00:11:48] And they do some rad shows there sometimes too. Yeah, I've never been man. I
[00:11:53] Gotta make it out there once. Yeah, maybe we should all do that one day. Yeah
[00:11:58] I did curse where it plays there like a whole bunch. Yeah, yeah, I've they I've seen that they played there
[00:12:03] I know that they've done like
[00:12:05] Every once in a blue moon. I'll see like somebody relatively big playing there like I like the chromags
[00:12:10] I think played there. Yeah over the summer
[00:12:12] Yeah, but it's usually a bunch of local stuff which is cool
[00:12:15] You know like I'm always happy to go check out local stuff, especially
[00:12:18] I'm not horribly far from DC and when they do cool stuff, especially with my friends bands
[00:12:23] I always want to go check it out. I've just that just never happened
[00:12:25] I had the opportunity to go there
[00:12:28] Somebody told me that their sound system is like really fucking rockin now like back in the day
[00:12:33] It wasn't like the greatest sound system, but it was fun to play there
[00:12:36] But now they actually have like a fucking
[00:12:39] Like a rockin sound system and it's fucking really red
[00:12:42] You know, I don't know if you guys have noticed this or this is just something from like us, you know
[00:12:48] Playing at shitty places most of the time and maybe something has that's changed a little bit
[00:12:52] but like I don't know if like COVID changed it to where
[00:12:57] It seems like everywhere has a kick-ass sound system now
[00:13:02] You know, like we just we just played those shows with American television and we were like up in New York
[00:13:07] You know we played New York
[00:13:09] We played Philly and then we went and played York all three of those places were like
[00:13:13] Top notch and the craziest thing is our Philly show got canceled at like the day of like
[00:13:19] We were head we were driving there from the cheese steak place
[00:13:22] And I got canceled and it got moved to a brewery and then somebody showed up at the brewery with a bad-ass sound system
[00:13:29] So it's like everything now has a sick ass sound system. I don't know if it's like accessibility
[00:13:33] Or just like yeah places have realized people want that, you know, I think that's what it is
[00:13:39] I think it's that it's not that they realize that people wanted that I think that it helps their business
[00:13:45] I think people don't turn out to shows as much at places with shitty sound systems anymore. I agree
[00:13:51] Because in North America well not well, I shouldn't say North America in the US
[00:13:56] It's way harder to get people to come to shows in the US and it isn't pretty much in any other country
[00:14:01] Yeah, like you're up in Canada kill it, but people South America to their career
[00:14:06] People just don't go to live music anymore in the US is weird
[00:14:09] You know, they I feel like they I feel like they do more now than they did five years ago though
[00:14:14] You know, I think I think COVID I think the silver lining with COVID was that people
[00:14:19] realized
[00:14:20] How fragile everything is?
[00:14:23] And that they better enjoy shit while they have shit. Well, yeah, there's that and also
[00:14:29] bands put out awesome shit over the past couple of years for real
[00:14:34] you know other bands that like weren't that had stopped playing or stopped touring or whatever they're everywhere now and I think that the
[00:14:41] You know all the venues it used to be I remember
[00:14:45] Pre COVID like you could be six weeks in advance and you could find a place to play. Yeah, and now, you know
[00:14:51] Over our eyes
[00:14:52] We're booking like six months out to try to get you know
[00:14:55] decent stuff and at decent venues and to make sure that things are planned accordingly and
[00:15:00] It seems like every show that we that we played in like 2023
[00:15:03] We had like killer turnout
[00:15:05] There's you know people are stoked to be seeing live music which I you know makes me super happy and also right now
[00:15:11] I felt for a long time that Baltimore was like, you know, it's always had a bunch of great bands and it was kind of like
[00:15:19] It was almost like it was slowly fading away with with it and now dude
[00:15:23] It's fucking amazing right now like Baltimore DC
[00:15:27] You know all of PA like there's so many bad-ass bands and it's just like even like
[00:15:33] So and so will hit you up and be like hey, I got this new band
[00:15:36] We're playing on this day and you go to the show and you're like mines blown that there's like
[00:15:39] Yeah, five bands that you hadn't heard of yet and they kick-ass and there's actually people there
[00:15:43] Yeah, you know, and I love I love it man. I absolutely love it. There's nothing better. There's nothing better than that
[00:15:48] It's for sure. Yeah
[00:15:50] So maybe COVID did do something really good for us
[00:15:54] Yeah, I think it put a lot of bands
[00:15:57] Into practice in the studio instead of playing shows so bands got better and it made people realize
[00:16:04] This shit is
[00:16:05] You know, it's I can't take this for granted like I want to see live music and it's music is definitely really good right now
[00:16:12] There have been so many great fucking records put out in the past couple years like I
[00:16:18] Think more so than the some of the years before yes, oh good people had a lot of time to write musicians
[00:16:25] I say had a lot of time to write artists had a lot of time to art and and you know
[00:16:29] Also a lot of people that are just listeners and fans of cool independent music had a lot of time to discover
[00:16:35] Yeah, you know and yeah, and and that I think is kind of overlooked too because like
[00:16:40] You know, I know I personally discovered a ton of cool ass bands and now
[00:16:45] you know
[00:16:45] I find myself going to shows more and then you know, I have an 11 year old and
[00:16:50] He's like super into finding music and now he's even finding shit that I haven't seen heard before that I like yeah, so it's like
[00:16:58] It's cool because you know, I think that it drove some people into different things that are different from their normal day-to-day
[00:17:04] Yeah, and you know, they got to find some new stuff
[00:17:07] And then now the all the bands that were found by all of these just random people
[00:17:12] They get to benefit from it, which is a beautiful thing and in all respects
[00:17:16] Yeah, yeah
[00:17:19] Yeah, there's so much talent that isn't like, you know mainstream or popular so much talent
[00:17:25] And 2024 will now be known as the RKL got back together. Oh my god. I saw
[00:17:31] It's all that happy. Yeah, they booked their first show they're playing punk rock bowling
[00:17:36] You know, you were the first person I thought of when I saw that they were that they were doing a reunion or whatever
[00:17:42] I saw I saw like a thing on Facebook and I was like
[00:17:45] I was like, oh man. Oh about to forward this to Ron. I kid you not
[00:17:48] I went to your profile to forward that to you and you had already shared it
[00:17:56] Dude, I'm so stoked
[00:17:58] Man, I've reached out to the new singer at Tony for esta
[00:18:03] Sent him an email telling them that we want him on the podcast to talk about RKL
[00:18:07] He didn't respond to the email, but he did follow us back on Instagram. So I'm gonna work on it
[00:18:13] Yeah, so do you want to just like start a petition and get shit tons of people to message him to come on because I think it'd be killer
[00:18:19] Yeah, I'll send I'll send him a DM tonight. He's gonna ignore that too, but also the tool
[00:18:26] Yeah, he's a great fit man
[00:18:29] I'm stoked. I hope they come out east. Yeah for sure. They're gonna
[00:18:34] He's they have to right? He's from Richmond and he lives in Florida. That's right. Yeah. Yeah
[00:18:39] They're coming to the East Coast dude has municipal waste has mad fans like they're Richmond bad
[00:18:45] They're coming to the East Coast. Yeah, it's gonna be dope. Yeah, they're gonna play in Richmond and it's gonna be fucking insane
[00:18:51] That's what it's gonna be. Fuck. Yeah, I'll make I will make the trip south for that. Yeah, same
[00:18:56] If I'm going to fucking Norfolk to see strung out, I'm definitely going to fucking Richmond
[00:19:01] Yeah, what is that? Yeah, March 18th. Oh nice
[00:19:05] Nice. Yeah, we played with those guys and like
[00:19:09] I think that was either like our
[00:19:11] That was our first show post COVID. I think we played with them at the auto bar
[00:19:17] He was strung out at the out of a strong out and the casualties, which is kind of an odd lineup, but it was
[00:19:22] Yeah, fuck show
[00:19:24] I remember beforehand
[00:19:27] Before that show strung out had like I think they've done like a contest from their fan club or like
[00:19:32] If you won or you entered or you paid for some meet and greet thing
[00:19:36] The way they did it is they would go up and you got to pick a song during soundcheck and then play whatever instrument you wanted
[00:19:41] So like there was like people coming in I think they did like four or five songs
[00:19:46] But what really really sucked is that
[00:19:48] The doors had to get delayed because they got stuck in DC traffic trying to get to Baltimore
[00:19:54] And they showed up
[00:19:56] But what was really cool is they pretty much just said fuck our soundcheck and did that with their fans instead
[00:20:02] Just because these people waited forever and they were like so grateful
[00:20:06] And you know, they were all really cool and they fucking slay live dude that last album they put out is so good
[00:20:12] Yeah, they put they just put out a new single like yesterday. Yeah, I haven't listened to it yet
[00:20:18] I just saw that like add for it. It's good. It's so metal
[00:20:21] It's so it's fucking strung out. It's fucking perfect
[00:20:24] Yeah, dude and their their drummer that they have right now is out of this world man
[00:20:28] That guy is it's the same dude from the deviates
[00:20:31] Oh, is it is it? Yeah. Yeah. He's fucking good man
[00:20:35] He is really good and it's our players from strung out have always been filthy like they've always just been kind of like I
[00:20:40] Feel like they're the most like musically gifted fat records band
[00:20:45] Besides propaganda but yeah like Matt and I say all the time like like of all the fucking like
[00:20:51] So Cal bands like strung out is as far as musicianship goes they're fucking
[00:20:57] If they're not at the top, they're like right there near the top like they're
[00:21:02] Because their bass player is probably their best guitarist. Yeah. Yeah, I mean Taurus are amazing
[00:21:08] And to see him do it live too, they like said they just kill it and I've only seen them that one time
[00:21:13] There was another show
[00:21:15] They had played and this has been like many years ago. Maybe like 15 plus years ago
[00:21:19] I was supposed to go see them in DC and I ended up missing them
[00:21:23] They were opening for somebody else I ended up missing them and whoever they were opening for I can't remember who it was at the
[00:21:28] Time I want to say it was like five bands or something and they were one of the five is it all
[00:21:32] All I know is whoever they were playing with I didn't give a fuck about yeah
[00:21:36] It was in the 90s 90s or is this no it was early 2000s. I'm pretty sure I want to say it was that nation
[00:21:42] That's where I saw them. That's the only time I saw them was that Capitol ballroom. Yeah, which was which turned into nation turned into nation
[00:21:49] Yeah, I
[00:21:50] Was probably at both of those shows. Yeah, I think it was Matt
[00:21:54] I think it was Pennywise all and oh yeah, right? I was I actually was like
[00:21:59] Yeah, you were at that show. Yeah, you're absolutely right because I hate Pennywise. So yeah, yeah
[00:22:06] It was a two-night show. It was two nights in a row Friday and Saturday there the first night was
[00:22:12] all strung out and Pennywise and the second night was
[00:22:16] fucking
[00:22:18] Shit
[00:22:21] Hotwater music AFI
[00:22:25] Well, there was two other bands and I can't remember
[00:22:28] Pennywise fans had huh? No, I just they've just been that band. They I
[00:22:33] There's nothing wrong with them. Yeah, you know, they're just that band that for some reason for me
[00:22:38] I've just never been able to get into them like I'm not a Pennywise fan either and to me like
[00:22:43] And this is probably wrong and a stupid thing to say, but it's what I think
[00:22:47] I always felt like they were a bad religion ripoff for some reason like I always caught like this like
[00:22:54] Like
[00:22:55] Almost like they reminded me of a frat boy bad religion
[00:22:58] I don't know why and I think it's like the way their singers voices a little bit
[00:23:01] Yeah, but I just never got into them
[00:23:04] Like I think they've had a song or two that I thought was cool before
[00:23:07] But like they've just never been a band that I've really yeah
[00:23:10] I've never really dug and like most of my friends like them and you know, I don't hate them to the point
[00:23:14] We're like I don't ever want to hear it
[00:23:16] But they're definitely like, you know, I think everybody's got that punk rock band that you're supposed to like
[00:23:21] You just it's rancid for me. It's rancid. Oh, I love rancid
[00:23:25] well, and I'm the odd man out with that and I just
[00:23:29] I don't know what it is, but I just I can't I can't totally get into them
[00:23:34] Like about I like the the first like four rancid albums and then the later stuff they've done is not even the same band
[00:23:40] They're great
[00:23:41] I mean, I can admit they're amazing like and I'll come the wolves is like a great fucking punk record. Yeah, I love
[00:23:47] Top 10 of like all yeah
[00:23:50] But I just I don't like Oye music and I think they're close enough to Oye music that it kind of turns me off a little bit
[00:23:56] Yeah, I could get that, you know, I I completely get that but I do appreciate them and Matt Freeman is a fucking
[00:24:03] Alien on bass. Yeah, yeah, fucking ridiculous. Yeah
[00:24:07] Yeah, he's you know, there's there's some punk rock bass players that get no love in like the bigger picture of music
[00:24:13] And he's definitely one of them
[00:24:16] The guy from bouncing souls is also completely insane on bass like bouncing
[00:24:23] I love them and I get so much shit
[00:24:27] But I also love Pennywise
[00:24:30] I'll give you shit for that. I like Pennywise, but I'm not I'm not like I
[00:24:35] Wouldn't go out of my way to go see them live
[00:24:37] But like if they were playing in Norfolk, I probably wouldn't have gone but strung out. Yes
[00:24:41] I'm going down there. I like old Pennywise though
[00:24:44] The best that's funny because the best new Pennywise record is the one that the dude from ignite sang on
[00:24:52] Jim was the one Jim didn't do I like full circle. That's my favorite Pennywise record
[00:24:57] The one to listen to in 2024 is about time
[00:25:01] There about that band cigar
[00:25:03] Yeah, fuck you so I used to listen to him in the 90s me too and that new album
[00:25:08] They put out like a year ago or whatever. Yeah, I didn't know that I didn't know that their involvement with Pennywise a bit like they're like
[00:25:15] Boys or something I read some story about how like Pennywise would like refuse to play warp tour back in the day
[00:25:20] If they didn't put some guitar on one of the side stages, but dude talk about insane musicians
[00:25:25] Yeah, that album that they just put out is like the most
[00:25:29] Ridiculous thing I've ever heard that classic you song that they I think they put a video out for they did
[00:25:35] One of those bridge city sessions of that song and it's like mind-blowing every time I watch it
[00:25:41] It like makes me feel like I shouldn't have ever tried to play music because you could never ever be that good
[00:25:47] Watch it. I didn't know they had done the behind
[00:25:50] Yeah, it's not it's insane. It's insane
[00:25:53] That's I mean, I want I just want to be clear like because
[00:25:57] My main target for this podcast was getting fat Mike on the show and we did that. Yeah second
[00:26:02] My my close second is fucking Fletcher. I
[00:26:05] Would love to get Fletcher on this podcast because he seems like the raddest fucking dude ever and I've emailed him four times at least
[00:26:12] And I'm gonna keep emailing him but
[00:26:15] All those all those dudes seem so rad. I just wish that their music wasn't
[00:26:21] Terrible I hear you
[00:26:24] The the reason that
[00:26:27] cigar and pennywise our boys is cuz their first record came out on theologian records which was Fletcher's record label back in
[00:26:35] Yeah, oh he had a label. Yeah, and the cigar record was off of on that label
[00:26:43] Yes, cigar was one of those bands like in the 90s
[00:26:46] I want to say I was in like late in high school or something that like I just like stumbled upon in a record store and somebody was
[00:26:52] Like oh, that's a cool album. I got a fucking I'll get it was like four bucks or something
[00:26:56] Yeah, how old Chad if you don't ask me how old do you know 42? Okay?
[00:27:01] So I got it and then I remember like
[00:27:04] Lost it through the years
[00:27:06] I kind of forgot about that band and then I saw that bridge city thing and I was like
[00:27:09] Oh shit
[00:27:10] these guys are still around and I looked it up and was like oh they haven't put an album out since like
[00:27:15] 1997 or something like that so
[00:27:18] But they're still around that you could tell they've been practicing too because
[00:27:21] They is it's sick. It's completely sick the one they put out on fat is very good. Yeah
[00:27:28] Their drummer's insane
[00:27:30] Yeah, dude
[00:27:32] Yeah, that's like there's no there's no words
[00:27:34] That's and that's what caught it at first but then like you go back and listen to it
[00:27:38] Even their their harmonies like there's not a there's not a flaw in what those guys are doing like their guitar players nuts
[00:27:45] Yeah, he's singing while he's doing it and then their drummers singing too
[00:27:49] And then their bass player comes in with like a third layer of harmony
[00:27:52] And you got like all of a sudden you can have like the Jackson 5 and punk rock at the same time and they just
[00:27:59] When was their fat records record record put out
[00:28:02] To
[00:28:05] Like been like with it was 23
[00:28:07] I think they put one record out back in the 90s and then they put a second
[00:28:13] Allusion yeah, and then they put a second record out just recently on fat. Okay, so every 24 years
[00:28:22] Can't wait till 2049 but you should listen to both those records Ron if you haven't ever listened to them because they are
[00:28:29] Very I know I've heard of them
[00:28:32] But yeah, I'll give him a spin
[00:28:34] Yeah, their drummer is like old-school fucking like bomber drumming for KL fast like he's like yeah
[00:28:42] And he does all these like crazy breaks and pauses all over the place nice that
[00:28:47] Are it almost like replaces his like all of his normal fills and stuff because he plays a really small kid
[00:28:54] Like he only plays like one crash symbol. I don't even think there's two times
[00:29:00] Yeah, he just has a floor time and a snare. Yeah
[00:29:04] No shit. No like no fucking no just a floor time in a snare. Yeah, but he's he's ridiculous
[00:29:10] He clearly clearly doesn't not hate to see what he could do if you put it on
[00:29:14] You know what I mean, but he's just ridiculous the best drummers are the ones that can do the most with the little
[00:29:20] Nothing. Yeah drums man
[00:29:22] You can't be drums and you can't fake vocals those are the two things I've always said it like so speaking of drums
[00:29:27] I wanted to mention that we got a new drummer really. Yeah, so like we
[00:29:34] We did that the shows we did out of town in November. We actually had a fill-in drummer
[00:29:39] Do this with us, which is our good friend Nick and he was in the band briefly before
[00:29:44] Really really good dude a lot of fun to be around just doesn't have time for for music these days
[00:29:49] but he actually kind of like swooped in and saved the day and came and played those shows with us and then
[00:29:55] We started looking around for a drummer and we had like a bunch of different people try and then a guy I know that owns a
[00:30:02] Drum, he's like a drum coach and teacher
[00:30:05] Hit me up and was like hey, you know, do you know guys know anybody looking for a drummer that plays your style of music?
[00:30:11] And I was like yeah us
[00:30:13] Yeah
[00:30:14] He sent this dude named John Welch our way and you know we played with him once and then I remember like he left
[00:30:19] And we all were like oh, this is the guy like he's he's a cool dude. He's a very very different drummer than Keith
[00:30:25] Who by the way there was nothing bad with Keith like he had some like just a lot of personal stuff to attend to
[00:30:30] Yeah, and you know couldn't continue doing this because you know we
[00:30:34] We kind of are at a point where we're playing a lot and
[00:30:37] Traveling a lot and he doesn't have the the ability to continue doing that so it's tough when you get older man
[00:30:43] Yeah, for sure. And you know he's got kids and everything we all do but yeah
[00:30:46] He just didn't have the flexibility to keep doing that stuff and he was kind of like guys like
[00:30:51] Love playing with you all but I gotta I gotta back out and you know
[00:30:55] He also like helped us. He was like I'll help whatever drummer comes in
[00:30:59] I'll help do whatever I can, you know all that stuff
[00:31:01] So we just started with him with John
[00:31:04] I guess it's almost like blessing in disguise that it came in this time window because
[00:31:09] We haven't had we didn't have any shows and I'll stir anything like ready yet
[00:31:12] And we have we have an EP that we're getting ready to record
[00:31:16] Oh, yeah
[00:31:16] So it was like a cool opportunity for him to kind of step in and be able to be able to do his own thing and not have
[00:31:22] To be like hey well
[00:31:24] This is what it's supposed to sound like or this is what we already wrote which we would have to kind of start over again
[00:31:29] Because we don't want to be the you know those kinds of people to somebody in the band so
[00:31:34] He kind of came in he gets it
[00:31:36] It's right. He's left-handed
[00:31:38] So left he's left he's uniting so on the right side of the kit
[00:31:43] No, he actually it's really cool to watch man. He plays so I don't know
[00:31:49] I've ever told you about this before but like I I've been a drummer my whole life
[00:31:52] Mm-hmm, and I stopped playing drums years ago because it's not really where you know
[00:31:58] My my heart is for one, but I've also been a guitar player my whole life too and
[00:32:04] I'm left-handed
[00:32:06] And I taught myself to play drums so when you're teaching yourself you have to learn from watching other people
[00:32:11] So drums are all muscle memory. I learned to play right-handed, okay?
[00:32:15] But I can do things that are left-handed too
[00:32:18] So with you know it adds to being a little bit ambidextrous, whatever
[00:32:21] He's the same thing the only difference is that I think is really slick
[00:32:26] He has he sets up as if he is a right-handed drummer
[00:32:31] But he plays open to where he's playing his hi-hat with his left hand and his snare with his right
[00:32:36] So I know that people can't see this but he plays like this like this weird. Yeah, and then he uses instead of using
[00:32:43] Racktoms he uses two floors. So he's got
[00:32:47] One that's on the right-hand side for like if he's doing just like you know finishing a roll
[00:32:52] Yeah
[00:32:53] And then the one that's on his left hand side is for like if he's like playing a beat on his floor Tom
[00:32:58] That's cool. So it's pretty it's a pretty like
[00:33:01] It's not a wild ass set up like he's got drums all over the place
[00:33:04] But he just doesn't have to deal with having like racked tops in front of him
[00:33:07] He's just got those two times so he can go from snare to the floor Tom on one side
[00:33:11] If he's doing a roll because he's playing, you know essentially a right-handed kit
[00:33:15] But it's also good too because like if we're playing a show somewhere and a lot of times
[00:33:19] You know when you're traveling you're sharing drum kits
[00:33:20] He doesn't have to like break everybody's shit down or doing these stuff like that
[00:33:24] He can just set up on a right-handed kit and he's he's cool. It's it's it's it's you know
[00:33:30] Obviously different playing with a different drummer, but he's like
[00:33:33] He brought a different dynamic to the new stuff that we're writing
[00:33:36] So it made it it made all the new stuff very different than what we pictured and it kind of like helped us
[00:33:43] Write in a different style a little bit almost, you know because there are things that you know
[00:33:47] When you get used to playing with one person
[00:33:49] Your flow is always there and it's always got the similarities to it and now all of a sudden we all had to kind of go
[00:33:55] Whoa like shit our flow is different now. So the new stuff came out
[00:34:00] It's I'm stoked to get in and record it
[00:34:03] It's really really different to an extent and it still sounds like over our eyes, but it's like, you know, it's a little bit
[00:34:11] Some of it's slower and some of it's faster, you know
[00:34:14] So we kind of were able to integrate some things, you know
[00:34:17] His his influences are different than then some of the influences that we've had in the past
[00:34:23] It was cool when I first met the guy he was like he was like hey just so you know, I like leather face
[00:34:28] And I was like well, that's fucking awesome because that's like a comparison that we get a lot
[00:34:33] and I think that I might be the only person in in over our eyes that actually really loves leather face, so
[00:34:39] They're one of those bands that I feel like they're like jawbreaker and the respect that people that are like you like jawbreaker
[00:34:46] Oh, I like jawbreaker and then you can talk for six weeks about jawbreaker
[00:34:48] I think leather face is kind of like that to me, you know
[00:34:51] So when you find somebody else who's a leather face fan, you always got something to talk about. Yeah, so I
[00:34:58] Think we had this conversation once over text in we his I'm I like leather face too. Yeah, we did yeah
[00:35:05] Yeah, and I actually like when we were working on some of the new stuff, there's like parts
[00:35:12] That you know anytime you're writing your influences show a lot
[00:35:16] There's parts that like I changed because I was like that sounds like a leather face song
[00:35:21] I can't do that like we can't have that there because it's got that same like
[00:35:26] He's just got a really really unique method of playing guitar, you know
[00:35:31] And I think that it starts to bleed into your thought process when you start when you start writing stuff
[00:35:37] So it's cool though. Like I don't know
[00:35:39] I think everybody's gonna be really stoked on it on the new stuff and we're gonna release it differently
[00:35:44] Because we had, you know the whole catastrophe with paper ships like
[00:35:48] We finally just got that released at least on cassette because we've just had like
[00:35:52] Fuck up after fuck up and catastrophe after catastrophe and thankfully, you know
[00:35:58] Mike from coffin curse who you guys know well was like hey, we get you have to put this out somehow
[00:36:02] Let me do this cassette for you. So like we did that and then we did even the cassette. This is crazy, too
[00:36:09] Since day one of this album trying to put it out something fucked up has happened with every single step except for two things
[00:36:16] we released a video and
[00:36:19] That was since the last time I talked to you guys
[00:36:21] We did a video for the song jackets that went off without a hitch no no issues at all
[00:36:27] The only other thing that worked was the dude who recorded it did a great job
[00:36:32] Like that like everything else that could go wrong went wrong from like Spotify released it under a different band name early
[00:36:39] So we couldn't even shop it like every fucking thing that could go wrong
[00:36:43] And then now even when we got to like releasing this cassette
[00:36:47] It was supposed to be blue and it came in green
[00:36:49] like so
[00:36:51] But now we're not doing a limited run of blue we have a limited run of green with a limited run of blue on the way
[00:37:00] so
[00:37:02] Where you where are you recording this next one? I'm not gonna say
[00:37:07] I'll tell you guys privately about that, but it's it's fucking sick
[00:37:11] It's really really sick and then the dude who did our last one is involved a little bit too sweet
[00:37:16] But way we're gonna release this one. We're actually gonna get it done
[00:37:18] We're gonna do another video and then we're gonna try to
[00:37:23] See what we can get behind it a little bit more
[00:37:26] And I think we'll have a little bit more resources to be able to do that
[00:37:28] And you work with coffin curse for this one too
[00:37:31] No, so we just did that that went that release with coffin curse like we're not really I
[00:37:36] You know, I would love to I love Mike and your reckless threats fucking great
[00:37:40] I mean Mike is an amazing guy. I love working with them and everything about them
[00:37:43] You know if it's something that he wanted to do something we want to talk about for sure
[00:37:47] You know, he's always been really really good to us and you know, I met that guy
[00:37:53] Over talking about lifetime on some random some random shit. We're talking about Jersey's best dancers
[00:37:59] And he was like he was like oh well
[00:38:02] I got he's like I'm having a surgery and I actually like selling some records
[00:38:05] You have any interest in this?
[00:38:07] And he's like and then he sends it to me
[00:38:09] I got the clear vinyl of I bought it off of him and then he sent it to me with like a bunch of records
[00:38:15] And I was like oh this fucking cool ass label and then all of a sudden I started seeing like some of my friends bands on the comps
[00:38:20] And everything else it was like oh wow and me and I have stayed in touch since then
[00:38:24] He's from the same town as people that I have family in so we've went down and played in Tennessee
[00:38:29] Hung out with him and hit, you know his people. So I'm hoping that
[00:38:33] You know he wants to do it then but yeah, we would but you know, we're more focused on getting it done first
[00:38:38] Yeah, just because it's
[00:38:39] It's such a challenge to like to get things demoed and get it done and then actually get time to get into the studio and
[00:38:47] You know get all that stuff knocked out
[00:38:50] Yeah, so but it's uh
[00:38:53] It's coming. It's coming quick and it's coming soon. So we're like we're really really hoping that
[00:38:59] The reason we're doing an EP is we think that we can get it out faster
[00:39:02] Yeah, and you know we're kind of like especially Nima Nima right now is like I don't know what is going on with him
[00:39:09] But it's it's like text message after text message after text message of like new song new song new song
[00:39:15] He's like just sitting in his house recording music
[00:39:18] So that's awesome if we wanted to we could kind of like send that guy off to like an island somewhere and just be like
[00:39:26] Nima we need 15 songs and he would probably like an hour later be like hey, he's 15
[00:39:31] Let's see what we can do. I mean he's just not stopped with it right now
[00:39:35] Which is amazing it's amazing that to have you know people that write like that all the time totally
[00:39:41] I'm stoked to hear it dude like super stuck to here because it was it was cool that it got re-released this year just so like you know
[00:39:49] You can just listen to it all over again
[00:39:52] Yeah, I mean
[00:39:54] We also did um this year this past year which some stuff that we we got it just in time for
[00:40:00] The last one of shows that we did we did I did this collaboration effort with this dude named Bobby draw skulls
[00:40:07] His name is Bobby Brown
[00:40:10] He does like Bobby Brown. Yeah Bobby Brown man. Mmm. He Bobby Brown
[00:40:17] He does a bunch of skateboard art and he's been doing it for a long time he you know
[00:40:22] He's done stuff with like Palo Peralta
[00:40:24] Brand X a bunch of like companies that that I did I really think it's cool
[00:40:29] You know, we we linked up with him. So we got like new shirts new hoodies a
[00:40:34] Bunch of stickers like a bunch of stuff of like these like badass like they almost look like
[00:40:40] They almost look like late 80s
[00:40:42] Early 90s like West Coast skate stuff. Fuck. Yeah that he did it's pretty cool looking if you look on our Facebook page
[00:40:49] I think that like our logo now is is one of them awesome
[00:40:53] We got a bunch of that stuff
[00:40:55] Finally done finally. So it was like all of a sudden, you know, we're we're ready. We're ready for 24 now because we got you know
[00:41:03] We have a show coming up in March, which unfortunately I is not announced yet. So I can't say but it's in us
[00:41:08] It's in Salisbury
[00:41:11] We're doing we're doing that and then
[00:41:13] We're working on right now for like late spring. We're gonna book the Midwest
[00:41:17] Which is almost almost completely booked now
[00:41:20] So we're gonna go to the Midwest and then we're just gonna keep it in the northeast and the south again and just keep
[00:41:25] What are the dates for the Midwest?
[00:41:27] We're looking Midwest. We're looking at May
[00:41:29] Right now. So the second week of May is what we're hoping for everything to fall in place for
[00:41:37] So we're gonna do that on our own and then we're gonna do
[00:41:40] I've been talking with Eric from 40 reps and we really want to put something together
[00:41:44] Together which by the way, dude their new record is so good
[00:41:48] The best fucking thing ever I hope those I'm sure that they have to know
[00:41:53] But I hope those dudes realize how special that album is because it's like really really really good
[00:41:58] I cannot stop listening to it
[00:42:00] As I keep telling everybody they're going places. Yeah, you can't you can't put records out like like that and not go somewhere
[00:42:08] Yeah, I mean, and you can't get you can't get it out of your head
[00:42:11] Yeah
[00:42:14] Yeah, and I thought like when when they played Matt, when was that show that we did December 2nd?
[00:42:19] Because that's we do everyone every year in December. So yeah
[00:42:22] You know my wife is not into punk rock at all and she after they played she was like I really liked that band
[00:42:29] You know, they just have they have a sound that really
[00:42:33] resonates with like a
[00:42:35] lot of different
[00:42:38] People and I think yeah, it's like great thing
[00:42:40] It's like a versatile sound almost like you don't have to be you don't have to be a punk rocker to like what they do
[00:42:48] You know and it's similar to like
[00:42:51] How you know my wife is into gaslight anthem and and bands like that like she likes them a lot too and it's it's
[00:42:58] I just think that they can they can they can hit such a broad spectrum of people that are into different kinds of music
[00:43:04] But those dudes like that album is so so so fucking good and like that
[00:43:09] They're one of those bands at the first time we we linked up with them and played with them
[00:43:12] I remember like we were driving almost like the others got fucking amazed
[00:43:15] Like they're so good like they just they have awesome presence
[00:43:19] They're killer live and then they put that album out like I heard the first song and I was literally like the day
[00:43:25] That comes out on fucking buying it
[00:43:27] You know like and that's a rare thing but that it's so they're just such a ridiculously good man
[00:43:32] Great people too man like really good. Yeah good people
[00:43:34] I've never seen so many random people go up to a band at one of our shows that at the pie shop and like yeah
[00:43:41] You guys are fucking rad
[00:43:42] Yeah, like just so many people people that work there that don't do that the bands just like everyone
[00:43:47] So many random people at that show went up to them afterwards. I'm just like yeah
[00:43:52] Good they did they deserve you when you put out them out like that
[00:43:55] I hope they get told all the time that it's killer because it absolutely is they do deserve it 100%
[00:44:01] Well my record label would love to put out a split seven inch with you and 40 reps
[00:44:05] Hey, I would be all over it if they would be you know
[00:44:09] So if they had time to do it with their their next album is probably gonna be on
[00:44:15] Fucking epic records or something is insane. They are
[00:44:19] They're not gonna
[00:44:21] You know there their next album is gonna be sought after man. Yeah, it's gonna be good
[00:44:25] This is my third 12% alcohol beer
[00:44:31] They're a bit of the elf
[00:44:34] It's not the elf on this. No, it's not it's way more potent than the elf
[00:44:37] I've not really been to any shows lately. I'm gonna go see Twin Temple in February
[00:44:43] Which I'm pretty stoked to go see them. I've never got the opportunity to see them before
[00:44:49] But no I've been
[00:44:51] crazy with the restaurants and
[00:44:53] Trying to get that done and I've actually been dealing with it an injury
[00:44:57] That's like kind of kept me away from
[00:45:00] Really doing anything like we I we've been going to practice and I've been actually sitting down in a stool
[00:45:05] What happened like like hip winger or something?
[00:45:08] And you know, I don't know what happened man. I literally woke up one day and I couldn't move
[00:45:13] I kid you not like I woke up and couldn't it was right when we came back from New York
[00:45:18] so this has been going on since early November and
[00:45:23] It's some weird they said it's an old injury that has that's
[00:45:28] Caused a disc in my back to press into my sciatic nerve
[00:45:33] The pain is referring into my leg
[00:45:36] So it's like the injuries actually on the right hand side of my lower back, but it's referring into my left leg
[00:45:43] Yeah, sciatica
[00:45:45] Yeah, it's and it's my wife calls all kinds of other stuff
[00:45:48] Like it was like they said the nerve bundle was like trapped in my in a muscle that surrounds your hip flexor area
[00:45:54] Damn so my leg like wasn't working for like a month like it was crazy
[00:46:00] Like it wouldn't you know, I could stand up your job. You're standing up like how do you how does that affect anything?
[00:46:05] It affects everything it sucks
[00:46:13] It just required me like I was wearing a
[00:46:17] Back brace this thing that wraps around your hip and wraps around your leg
[00:46:21] Then I was also wearing this compression thing on my calf that you can shove ice packs into so I had to do
[00:46:29] Like 40 minutes on 20 minutes off of ice all day the whole time
[00:46:34] I'm on my feet and then there was a couple days where like 15 minutes on my feet
[00:46:39] I was like, I can't stand up like I can't do this today
[00:46:43] But now the positive thing is like it's it's getting rectified. I have to get like I have to get a couple different
[00:46:49] Injections that are on the books for later this month, but like I've been I've been going to
[00:46:55] Physical therapy and an acupuncturist and dude acupuncture is the shit. It's great
[00:47:01] Yeah
[00:47:02] it's
[00:47:02] One day of being like having needles shoved in you and then your body like plugged into a wall essentially yeah
[00:47:08] Like I could see how the Frankenstein shit works because all of a sudden like my leg was moving on its own
[00:47:13] And then I like got up and felt like I could run which had not happened in weeks at that point
[00:47:18] But nice, you know, it's it's kept me away from doing a lot of the stuff
[00:47:23] I've wanted to do at least comfortably like I took actually I went I took my son to see kiss
[00:47:29] Sweet so we we went to that and I'm not a big kiss fan, but holy dude those guys
[00:47:34] They fucking put on a show man. Like they do it. They do it. They're like 120 years old
[00:47:40] Yeah, but they're all staged now, you know, yeah, man, it's like
[00:47:46] You know, it doesn't even matter if they if they sound good which they did they did really sound good and they were also
[00:47:53] They were smart about how they did it. They made it to her casual kiss fan or like somebody who just barely likes them like myself
[00:47:59] What was it?
[00:48:00] Baltimore Arena or what's the called? Okay
[00:48:03] Whatever they call it now, but yeah, my parents went my parents went to which was kind of cool
[00:48:09] nice
[00:48:10] but like
[00:48:11] They were smart in the fact that they played like 10 hits just non-stop right at the beginning
[00:48:17] Then they got into all the bullshit by the time my son was ready to go to bed and my back and leg hurt really bad
[00:48:23] So I was like, uh, let's just roll. All right. Let's see you
[00:48:27] Yeah, we rolled out by the time it became like the deep kiss convention
[00:48:31] You know what I mean?
[00:48:32] But dude, it was like one note 7000 explosions and fire then the next
[00:48:40] Like
[00:48:43] You get bands like Metallica will come out. There's like a bunch of explosions in fire and then it's not that like that anymore
[00:48:50] It's a non-buckin stop with them man. Like it's like
[00:48:54] The temperature goes up by like 40 degrees and it's just non-stop like fire explosions fucking rocket shooting out of guitars
[00:49:04] Floods line out of people's mouth like and it just doesn't stop and then if it does stop, there's like giant holograms doing things too
[00:49:11] So like there's just it's never ending entertainment
[00:49:15] You know like
[00:49:17] It was like when you see
[00:49:29] Like WrestleMania when like that the championship fight comes on like the title match
[00:49:36] And the dude comes out and there's like explosions and fire and everybody goes ape shit
[00:49:41] Yeah, it was like 40 minutes straight of that of that moment for 40 straight minutes with kiss as this as the entrance music
[00:49:50] Speaking of wrestling my so my wife works the janitor in her building is a former
[00:49:59] WWF wrestler
[00:50:02] He was a jobber back in the day
[00:50:05] So he would just lose to like all these famous wrestlers and
[00:50:09] And then he did this one his most recent
[00:50:13] Stint was he did like this fake Goldberg impersonation
[00:50:17] Wait a minute. Is it the Gilbert guy? Yes. Yes. What the fuck? Yeah, I remember I remember that shit
[00:50:25] So he is the janitor in my wife's building and he wants by the way Matt he wants to be on the pod
[00:50:31] Yep, I mean let's do this
[00:50:34] He was a jobber for decades like he you know he would just wrestle these you know big wrestlers and loose
[00:50:41] You know he was like one of those wrestlers that would just go out there and just get their ass beat
[00:50:45] Hulk Hogan would throw him out after ring
[00:50:48] Yeah, but then Gilbert
[00:50:51] You figured that the Gilbert dude would at least be like a bartender somewhere or something
[00:50:57] No knocking janitors, but I mean
[00:51:01] That they took better care of those people because they made a lot of money if this if there's a janitor to pick like your favorite one
[00:51:07] This is the guy. Yeah, it's gotta be Gilbert. I mean like yeah, it's him and he's got to have insane stories
[00:51:14] All of the do you ever listen to any of the like old wrestling podcasts like Jim cornet or no, but I sure it's unreal
[00:51:21] It's unreal like those dudes were doing back in the day
[00:51:25] Like all of them should be in jail. Yeah
[00:51:29] It's like that show dark side of the ring on vice. Yeah, like
[00:51:35] That doesn't even scratch the surface of the shit those guys were doing on a day-to-day basis
[00:51:39] But you figure that like I
[00:51:42] Knew who Gilbert was and I haven't watched wrestling in like that's so funny
[00:51:45] I never heard a guy didn't know there was a Gilbert until she was like talking to this guy and like
[00:51:50] But he's like really excited to be on a podcast. Yes. He's yes
[00:51:54] All he's been a janitor since he's been
[00:51:57] Yeah
[00:51:58] It's just kind of bullshit because you figure as much money as those people they made in that era
[00:52:03] That was like the Steve Austin and Goldberg era of wrestling
[00:52:07] Like you'd figure the dude would be taken care of to a point where he doesn't have to like
[00:52:10] Because his body's got to be fucked up. Oh, yeah, I'm sure from that too
[00:52:13] You know like so he's got pride. He's probably beaten down and now he's stuck having to be a janitor after making millions of dollars for somebody
[00:52:20] It's kind of kind of shitty. Yeah
[00:52:23] I would love to hear his story man get him on
[00:52:26] You're gonna
[00:52:29] When I lived in the middle river area
[00:52:32] I used to see Nikolai Volkov all the time before he passed away
[00:52:35] He lived there and I talked to him a bunch. He actually there was like a bar
[00:52:39] That was near my old house that did karaoke like once or once or twice a week
[00:52:43] And like once every few months he would host it
[00:52:47] Nice
[00:52:48] Like I talked to him for a while and I was expecting like the crazy like, you know
[00:52:55] I was at Waffle House with Macho Man at four in the morning high on cocaine
[00:53:00] Kind of stories from him
[00:53:02] But no, you know that dude he never drank in his life
[00:53:05] He was a vegan not a vegan he never ate
[00:53:09] Any red meat or chicken he only ate seafood and plants Wow his entire life and he was also man
[00:53:16] He I if I had to guess like when I have a picture with him
[00:53:22] And I'm actually he's got his that America and Russia jacket on that he used to wear in the 80s
[00:53:28] I have a picture with him and he if I had to guess
[00:53:31] Probably like late 60s
[00:53:33] Maybe maybe like mid mid to late 60s. It's hard to tell with somebody like him
[00:53:38] But he was a fucking giant man
[00:53:41] Like he was and you know, I'm not the smallest guy, but he was like twice as wide as me and easily like
[00:53:48] It felt like a foot taller than me. Yeah, like he was giant
[00:53:53] But hell of a nice guy. So when he I remember when when he passed away
[00:53:56] I was like, damn, you know that he was a good dude man, but he you know
[00:54:00] Fortunately for him on like a lot of those people from that era
[00:54:03] He got to live along and relatively successful life after after that the
[00:54:09] Very scary people
[00:54:12] Episode is going to Jim Jones now
[00:54:15] Jimmy Jones
[00:54:17] Are you watching that now?
[00:54:19] I mean it's on in the background. I'm not really like paying attention
[00:54:22] Definitely way more interactive than I ever was
[00:54:26] That's for sure, not at all
[00:54:30] Except except for this fucking robe right here my favorite serial killer is Ed Kemper. Oh
[00:54:35] Yeah, he's an interesting one that dude sure fucking crazy and when I say favorite I don't mean like
[00:54:41] You know
[00:54:44] It's like it's just like super and also like son of Sam just because
[00:54:49] I'm obsessed with New York in the 70s
[00:54:52] And he kind of you know, that was when he was doing his thing
[00:54:56] Did you ever read the book called The Last Victim? No
[00:55:02] so it's this
[00:55:04] This guy he was like writing his I guess like
[00:55:08] A research paper for college and he was a like a human psychology of some form PhD student
[00:55:16] He wrote letters to a bunch of different serial killers but wrote them
[00:55:20] Framing himself as a serial killer
[00:55:23] And he was like, I think it's just like a
[00:55:28] A
[00:55:29] A
[00:55:30] A
[00:55:31] A
[00:55:32] A
[00:55:33] A
[00:55:34] A
[00:55:35] A
[00:55:36] A
[00:55:37] A
[00:55:38] A
[00:55:39] A
[00:55:40] A
[00:55:41] A
[00:55:42] A
[00:55:43] A
[00:55:44] A
[00:55:45] A
[00:55:46] A
[00:55:47] A
[00:55:48] A
[00:55:49] A
[00:55:50] A
[00:55:51] A
[00:55:52] A
[00:55:53] A
[00:56:17] He's one of the he's in it a lot like as one of the people speaking the author of that book
[00:56:20] the author of that book.
[00:56:22] But that's an interesting one, but they made a movie out of it too.
[00:56:25] But it's it's unreal to read that book.
[00:56:29] John Wayne Gacy was a fucking.
[00:56:30] Oh, when he just found
[00:56:32] they've they found the fucking bodies in his under his house
[00:56:35] and they just kept finding more and more and more as like, God damn.
[00:56:39] Didn't they leveled they tore the house down because they could.
[00:56:42] They thought they just to be able to find them all.
[00:56:44] Yeah. Yeah.
[00:56:45] Yeah, that's insanity, man.
[00:56:47] And then there's those.
[00:56:48] There's other ones from like back in the day that were just
[00:56:51] confessing to everything, whether they did it or not.
[00:56:54] Yeah. And you know, what was the guy from Texas?
[00:57:00] Oh, I forgot. Was it Henry Lee Lucas?
[00:57:04] The guy from Texas that like they said killed more people than ever.
[00:57:07] And now they question if he killed anybody at all.
[00:57:10] Oh, really?
[00:57:11] Or maybe one person which doesn't mark him as like one of the most
[00:57:15] infamous people of all time. But yeah, I don't know.
[00:57:18] It's weird. I think that like it's such like a dark hobby
[00:57:23] to watch all these documentaries and stuff like that.
[00:57:25] But it's totally there's a reason they keep making them.
[00:57:28] It's fascinating. Yeah, it's just it's it's amazing
[00:57:32] to think that like people are capable of this type of shit.
[00:57:35] Yes. Yeah. And what makes them tick?
[00:57:37] Like what makes people want to be that way?
[00:57:40] Who was the dude who had the infomercials back in the day
[00:57:43] that was like completely ripped when he had a big head?
[00:57:45] He did like Bowflex commercials or some shit back in the day.
[00:57:50] I know who you're talking about.
[00:57:51] It looks like if you took that guy and put Michael Jackson's head on it.
[00:57:55] I can see the dude's face. I can't remember his name.
[00:57:59] Yeah, it's like that.
[00:58:01] But like, I don't know, I need to find more cults like that
[00:58:04] because the entertaining cults are much better than the ones
[00:58:07] that are like out to take over the world, I guess.
[00:58:11] You want to you want to hear a funny story about Bowflex?
[00:58:14] Oh, Jesus Christ.
[00:58:15] It's so well, OK, so remember when Bowflex like failed
[00:58:19] and started like hurting people and I think it may be a couple of people.
[00:58:22] Yeah, yeah.
[00:58:24] They were like snapping on people and fucking fucking them up really bad.
[00:58:28] I worked for a company called Gallions during that time.
[00:58:32] Sporting like sporting company.
[00:58:35] It was a main competitor of Dix, the Gallions and Dix.
[00:58:40] Dix eventually won, bought Gallions out.
[00:58:43] But when the whole Bowflex thing happened because we sold Bowflexes
[00:58:48] and my job was to deliver them and install them, not just Bowflexes,
[00:58:52] but like that was just one of the many things we delivered and installed.
[00:58:56] I was one of the motherfuckers who had to go around back to all the places
[00:58:59] to get the Bowflexes after the recall happened
[00:59:03] and they owed all these people money. Yeah.
[00:59:08] Yeah, you ever go to like to disassemble a Bowflex
[00:59:11] and there's like human hair stuck in the bow part of it?
[00:59:15] Yes, 100 percent that happened.
[00:59:17] Yes. Yeah. That's fucked up, dude.
[00:59:22] That is fucked up.
[00:59:24] Yeah, I mean, Bowflex had a bad rep since Chris Benoit.
[00:59:27] Let's be real.
[00:59:28] I mean, I mean, it's never been a thing.
[00:59:32] I can't remember.
[00:59:33] I can't remember that guy's name.
[00:59:34] We used to do those infomercials and now it's going to kill me.
[00:59:36] I'm going to have to look it up later and see the Bowflex guy was.
[00:59:41] As it wasn't Chuck Norris.
[00:59:43] It wasn't Chuck Norris.
[00:59:44] He had Chuck Norris started doing it eventually, right?
[00:59:47] Maybe Chuck Norris.
[00:59:49] He did one with Christie Brinkley.
[00:59:51] I don't know if it was Bowflex or not.
[00:59:54] It wasn't that fucking leg thing, was it?
[00:59:57] Oh, the thymast.
[00:59:59] No, no.
[01:00:00] I remember Chuck Norris did a dumb one, too.
[01:00:05] Yeah, right. Chuck Norris couldn't be on a boat.
[01:00:07] He'd busted that machine in 70 pieces, man.
[01:00:10] Yeah.
[01:00:10] Yep.
[01:00:11] You can't you can't roundhouse kick with Michael Polinco.
[01:00:14] Is that way?
[01:00:14] Hold on.
[01:00:15] I read those.
[01:00:15] What was it?
[01:00:17] Nordic track.
[01:00:18] Nordic track.
[01:00:19] Yeah, that was.
[01:00:20] Yeah.
[01:00:21] What is your favorite Chuck Norris is them?
[01:00:25] You know, they're like, you know,
[01:00:26] Chuck Norris doesn't jump and doesn't get wet.
[01:00:28] The water gets Chuck Norris.
[01:00:30] I my favorite one is if Chuck Norris is late time better.
[01:00:33] Slow the fuck down.
[01:00:39] God, man.
[01:00:39] I got I got Chuck Norris wears a rattlesnake for a condom.
[01:00:47] That's a good one.
[01:00:48] Yeah, I don't know how we went from punk rock to serial killers
[01:00:51] to it happens.
[01:00:53] Calls to all of a sudden talking about
[01:00:56] an infomercial bodybuilders.
[01:00:57] It's it's the best way.
[01:00:59] Yeah.
[01:01:01] The most disappointing serial killer is Maryland is a Maryland
[01:01:04] man, Charles Manson.
[01:01:06] Yeah.
[01:01:07] Because he didn't do anything.
[01:01:08] He's just not really.
[01:01:09] He just manipulated people.
[01:01:11] Yeah, his interviews were amazing, though.
[01:01:13] You ever see any of the old like the old new show broadcast
[01:01:17] interviews with him there fucking buck wild.
[01:01:19] That dude was he's another one.
[01:01:22] I don't understand how people like it had to be drugs
[01:01:25] that made people like.
[01:01:28] Yeah, all for that dude and start because when you hear
[01:01:30] him talk, you're just like if somebody were coming at me
[01:01:34] like that, I'd be like, hey, man, we need to talk about
[01:01:39] the fucking moon and the stars and the other shit that he
[01:01:41] said, I'd be like, fuck you.
[01:01:43] Yeah.
[01:01:43] Just leave me alone to get away from me.
[01:01:45] You know, like every time you see an interview with
[01:01:48] that guy, he's it was so off the wall that you're just
[01:01:52] like, all right, like these people that were following him
[01:01:56] deserve to fucking be locked up just for following him
[01:01:58] because you got to be insane.
[01:02:02] But it had to be drugs.
[01:02:03] It had to be drugs with that guy for sure.
[01:02:05] There's no way that they weren't eating every hallucinogen
[01:02:07] on the sun.
[01:02:08] Something broke him.
[01:02:09] That's for damn sure.
[01:02:10] Oh, yeah.
[01:02:11] Yeah.
[01:02:12] Because previous to him breaking like the guy had a
[01:02:15] pretty good thing going on.
[01:02:17] Didn't he also like stay with the dude from the Beach Boys
[01:02:20] for a while too?
[01:02:21] Dude, he was like writing music with them.
[01:02:23] Yeah.
[01:02:23] Yeah.
[01:02:24] Yeah.
[01:02:24] They were like boys like he was he almost became
[01:02:27] like a popular fucking songwriter slash musician.
[01:02:31] Yeah.
[01:02:31] He was an actor too, I think.
[01:02:33] Right.
[01:02:34] I don't know about that, but maybe maybe he was.
[01:02:37] Yeah.
[01:02:37] He's he's one that never cared to read that much about
[01:02:40] because I always just thought it was silly.
[01:02:42] He threw he threw a lot of way like dude had a
[01:02:45] pretty good fucking life.
[01:02:47] Yeah.
[01:02:47] Yeah.
[01:02:47] Some day again, it had to been some kind of
[01:02:50] wild ass drugs with him.
[01:02:51] Yeah, it had to be.
[01:02:52] It had to be.
[01:02:53] Wasn't he associated with MK Ultra?
[01:02:56] They say that now.
[01:02:58] I don't know if it's true, but yeah, definitely a
[01:03:01] theory that's out there.
[01:03:02] Yeah.
[01:03:03] It could be.
[01:03:04] You never know.
[01:03:06] I know his name comes up with that, so I don't know.
[01:03:08] I mean, if I mean the CIA probably has
[01:03:11] infiltrated most things in this country.
[01:03:13] We definitely know that entertainment industry is
[01:03:15] one of them.
[01:03:16] Oh yeah.
[01:03:16] Oh yeah, for sure.
[01:03:19] They I mean it's possible there.
[01:03:20] I know there was like a it was again in one
[01:03:23] of my random feeds of things you may like.
[01:03:26] It was like some interview with some guy who
[01:03:27] was talking about how it was like it was
[01:03:29] literally called the Kelter Skelter the link
[01:03:31] with the Manson family and MK Ultra.
[01:03:33] I just didn't watch it because I was like, all right,
[01:03:35] I don't know how far of a rabbit hole I feel
[01:03:38] like going into this evening about shit that's
[01:03:40] probably not true.
[01:03:41] You know.
[01:03:42] Yeah.
[01:03:43] Um, before we let you go, I see, you know, we
[01:03:46] talked about your robe earlier and it's a
[01:03:48] Ravens robe.
[01:03:49] Yeah, buddy.
[01:03:50] Um, I wish I'd have known I would have worn
[01:03:53] my robe.
[01:03:53] I wear my robe sometime.
[01:03:55] I have a robe too.
[01:03:56] That's a thing.
[01:03:56] Oh, you got one now.
[01:03:58] I've had one for a while.
[01:04:00] Um, I just don't wear it that often actually,
[01:04:03] um, but I could start, you know, maybe we
[01:04:05] could, maybe it could be like an OPH thing.
[01:04:08] Once I started, I wear this robe in my
[01:04:10] basement because it's fucking freezing down.
[01:04:12] Yeah.
[01:04:12] I love a good robe.
[01:04:14] Yeah.
[01:04:14] I don't wear anything under my robe though.
[01:04:16] Like, I mean, I typically don't either,
[01:04:18] but yeah, like I'm, I'm, you know,
[01:04:21] I'm all exposed, baby.
[01:04:22] Like, I mean, you usually have it closed,
[01:04:25] you know, but sometimes, you know, if I
[01:04:26] get excited, you never know.
[01:04:28] Um, how confident are you with the
[01:04:32] Ravens against the Texans?
[01:04:34] I'm super confident, man.
[01:04:36] Um, yeah.
[01:04:37] Yeah.
[01:04:38] I mean, if we, if we got a minute, I'll,
[01:04:40] I'll tell you what I think about this
[01:04:41] team right now.
[01:04:42] So like, you know, I've been, um, I've
[01:04:45] been a Raven season ticket holder for
[01:04:47] 17 years, 16 years at this point.
[01:04:49] And, um, you know, I'm a very, very die
[01:04:52] hard Ravens fan and growing up in this
[01:04:54] area, we did not have football or a
[01:04:57] football team.
[01:04:57] So I grew up like a football fan, but
[01:05:01] I was never a dude who played football
[01:05:03] that's never been for me, but like
[01:05:05] I've always loved football and
[01:05:09] I liked the mental break.
[01:05:11] So who are you a fan of before the Ravens?
[01:05:13] I watched every, a lot of everybody,
[01:05:14] man, before the Ravens came, I used
[01:05:16] to really like the dolphins because
[01:05:17] I liked watching Dan Marino.
[01:05:19] I liked watching the 49ers because of
[01:05:21] Joe Montana.
[01:05:21] Like we got to see a lot of greats
[01:05:23] in my childhood.
[01:05:24] Yeah.
[01:05:24] Back to this Ravens team.
[01:05:26] I, for all I know, they could walk in
[01:05:28] there and lose, you know, uh, I don't
[01:05:30] foresee that happening.
[01:05:31] I think that, um, 2019, it was a very
[01:05:35] immature team.
[01:05:35] I think that they had poor leadership.
[01:05:37] I think that John Harbaugh is only
[01:05:40] as good as the staff he surrounds
[01:05:42] himself with.
[01:05:43] And I think that's always been a
[01:05:44] problem of his.
[01:05:45] I think that when they play bad
[01:05:47] teams, they're unprepared.
[01:05:49] They overlook them.
[01:05:50] They don't take them seriously, but
[01:05:52] I think that's different this year.
[01:05:54] And this is the first time that I
[01:05:56] at least feel like there, this is a
[01:05:59] Ravens team that takes everybody
[01:06:02] seriously.
[01:06:03] And they learned that early in the
[01:06:04] season that if you don't take a shit
[01:06:06] team like the Indianapolis Colts
[01:06:08] seriously, they'll beat your ass.
[01:06:10] And I think that this is a team
[01:06:11] that could have very, they could
[01:06:13] have very well been undefeated.
[01:06:15] You know, when you go look at the
[01:06:16] games that they lost, they just
[01:06:17] straight up played like shit.
[01:06:18] You know, they didn't, they
[01:06:19] didn't get pounded by a team that
[01:06:21] was just outright better than them.
[01:06:23] They've beaten they've beaten every
[01:06:26] team that has a winning record that
[01:06:28] they've played, which is 10, which
[01:06:31] was 10 this season.
[01:06:31] They've beaten them by 14 or more
[01:06:33] points.
[01:06:35] They decimated the Super Bowl
[01:06:37] favorites of the 49ers.
[01:06:39] They had the last five game
[01:06:40] stretch where, you know, they had
[01:06:41] played every team they played is
[01:06:44] in the playoffs and everybody
[01:06:45] said that they would be lucky to
[01:06:46] come out with one win.
[01:06:47] They did not lose one of those
[01:06:48] games and they didn't lose and they
[01:06:50] won them convincingly.
[01:06:51] Yeah.
[01:06:52] I think this defense is fucking
[01:06:54] special right now, more so than the
[01:06:55] offense.
[01:06:56] But the depth is outstanding
[01:06:59] and there's like people on this
[01:07:00] team now that I think the maturity
[01:07:02] level.
[01:07:03] I think they're more prepared
[01:07:04] mentally for this.
[01:07:07] And I think that the
[01:07:09] Buffalo was coming in here this
[01:07:10] week.
[01:07:11] I might feel different.
[01:07:12] But I think that they're at
[01:07:13] the Texans are just going to be
[01:07:15] severely outmatched by the stadium
[01:07:17] and by the defense.
[01:07:19] Who's who's that?
[01:07:21] I think it's your D line coach
[01:07:23] who gets it.
[01:07:23] Is it getting everybody pumped up?
[01:07:25] Do you know the D line coach
[01:07:27] Weaver?
[01:07:28] Yeah.
[01:07:28] Yeah.
[01:07:29] Yeah, he's about he's going to be
[01:07:30] gone.
[01:07:30] The Ravens coaching staff is going
[01:07:32] to get gutted this year.
[01:07:33] They're going to all be head
[01:07:34] coaches somewhere else because I
[01:07:35] know they're talking about one of
[01:07:37] our candidates, one of our top
[01:07:39] like three candidates as your guys
[01:07:40] defensive coordinator.
[01:07:41] Like McDonald.
[01:07:42] Yeah.
[01:07:43] Yeah.
[01:07:43] He's a they said today he's
[01:07:45] already had five head coaching
[01:07:47] interviews.
[01:07:48] One of them was with us.
[01:07:49] Yeah.
[01:07:49] I think Atlanta the Chargers
[01:07:51] were one.
[01:07:53] I think the Falcons are about the
[01:07:55] higher bill of check.
[01:07:56] Yeah, that's what they could
[01:07:58] fucking take him.
[01:07:59] Fuck that.
[01:07:59] That was crazy.
[01:08:00] He wants he wants to win a
[01:08:01] Super Bowl for a franchise.
[01:08:02] It's never won one.
[01:08:04] Yeah.
[01:08:04] Well, I mean, all he's got to
[01:08:05] do is cheat.
[01:08:05] He proved it for fucking many
[01:08:07] years in New England.
[01:08:09] But I don't know.
[01:08:10] I think I think the Ravens
[01:08:11] are you know, I was at the
[01:08:13] I don't go to a lot of the
[01:08:14] games.
[01:08:14] I usually sell the tickets or
[01:08:15] give them to people.
[01:08:16] But I was at the
[01:08:18] Miami game with my buddy
[01:08:20] Dolphin Dan.
[01:08:21] And you know, I've had to
[01:08:24] endure some bad
[01:08:26] dolphins beat downs.
[01:08:28] Two years ago in Miami, we went
[01:08:29] down to that game and the
[01:08:30] Ravens got demolished on a
[01:08:32] Thursday night.
[01:08:33] Then we went last year and
[01:08:34] the Ravens were up by
[01:08:36] you know, 34 points at half
[01:08:38] time and lost.
[01:08:41] But the stadium this year,
[01:08:43] I've been to fucking hundreds
[01:08:45] of games at this point
[01:08:46] playoffs everything.
[01:08:47] That was the most electric I
[01:08:49] have ever, ever, ever seen
[01:08:51] that stadium was for that
[01:08:52] game.
[01:08:52] And I like people were going
[01:08:55] it was louder than I've ever
[01:08:57] heard it.
[01:08:58] The energy was just
[01:08:59] ridiculous in there.
[01:09:00] And I think that anybody
[01:09:02] that walks into Baltimore is
[01:09:04] going to have a really, really
[01:09:05] hard time dealing with that.
[01:09:07] You know, it is the NFL and
[01:09:08] anything can happen.
[01:09:09] But I'm very, very, very
[01:09:11] confident that Baltimore is
[01:09:12] going to dismantle dismantle
[01:09:14] the Texans.
[01:09:15] I think they're winning.
[01:09:15] I think I think it's going
[01:09:16] to be the Ravens over the
[01:09:17] Lions and the Super Bowl.
[01:09:20] Hey, I mean, I still hold my
[01:09:22] preseason pick.
[01:09:23] What's that?
[01:09:25] My preseason pick was fucking
[01:09:27] Niners bills.
[01:09:29] That could happen, man.
[01:09:31] The bills are hot right now.
[01:09:32] But I think they're not.
[01:09:33] I think their team is deeply
[01:09:35] flawed right now.
[01:09:35] I don't I don't think that
[01:09:36] they're as good as I
[01:09:38] don't think they're as good
[01:09:39] as advertised.
[01:09:40] I mean, they just beat a
[01:09:42] extremely depleted
[01:09:44] Dolphins team.
[01:09:44] And I understand it's
[01:09:45] divisional.
[01:09:47] But, you know, they barely scraped
[01:09:48] past them at the end of the
[01:09:49] season.
[01:09:51] You know, they were a two or
[01:09:52] interception away from losing
[01:09:53] that game.
[01:09:54] And then, you know, they
[01:09:56] struggled against, you know,
[01:09:57] the Eagles who
[01:09:59] everyone's like, oh, they, you
[01:10:00] know, they just they just beat
[01:10:01] the Eagles, whatever the Eagles
[01:10:02] we just saw are a fucking
[01:10:04] dumpster fire right now.
[01:10:05] I said they were going to be
[01:10:05] terrible in the preseason,
[01:10:07] didn't I, Ron?
[01:10:08] I did.
[01:10:09] I did.
[01:10:10] Dude, at that at that at that
[01:10:12] playoff game, somebody
[01:10:13] had a fucking sign that
[01:10:15] was like right by the tunnel when
[01:10:16] the Eagles were leaving.
[01:10:17] And it said Kevin Stafansky,
[01:10:19] each plant based cheese
[01:10:20] dish.
[01:10:21] I saw that.
[01:10:27] That picture of him with the
[01:10:28] tears streaming down my face is
[01:10:29] like, oh, dude, he
[01:10:32] there was no excuse.
[01:10:33] I mean, we we just learned how
[01:10:34] valuable their offensive
[01:10:35] coordinator was to them because
[01:10:37] he's been bullshitting
[01:10:38] versus that dude went to the
[01:10:39] Colts. So no shit.
[01:10:40] That that that dude's
[01:10:42] a seriously good coach.
[01:10:43] He is.
[01:10:45] Fuck, why can't I think of his
[01:10:46] name?
[01:10:48] I could think of their defensive
[01:10:49] coordinator that went to the
[01:10:50] Cardinals name, Janon,
[01:10:52] but whatever.
[01:10:53] I can't think of his name.
[01:10:54] But that dude, nobody thought
[01:10:56] the Colts were going to be good
[01:10:57] this year. No, they
[01:10:58] were like there's no way that
[01:10:59] they were going to be the worst
[01:11:01] team in the NFL.
[01:11:02] Who would have known what they
[01:11:03] would have done if Richardson
[01:11:04] didn't get hurt because he was
[01:11:05] fucking shit.
[01:11:06] He was no shit.
[01:11:07] You know, somebody's I mean,
[01:11:09] but even fucking
[01:11:11] what's his uncle Rico?
[01:11:13] Why can't I think of his name?
[01:11:14] Who? Yeah, I meant you.
[01:11:16] Thank you.
[01:11:17] Yeah.
[01:11:17] Fucking Uncle Rico.
[01:11:18] He didn't play bad either.
[01:11:20] No, I mean, he's always kind of
[01:11:21] lit people up a little bit, though.
[01:11:22] He just makes a lot of stupid
[01:11:24] mistakes. He's he's
[01:11:26] there's I think what makes a
[01:11:27] great quarterback is the ones
[01:11:29] who also who win a lot of games
[01:11:31] for you, but will not lose them.
[01:11:33] You know what I mean?
[01:11:33] He's the quarterback that he
[01:11:35] could win a bunch of games,
[01:11:36] but he will lose a bunch of
[01:11:37] games that will be his fault.
[01:11:39] He's the Doug Flute of this
[01:11:40] generation. But you know what,
[01:11:41] though? That last game
[01:11:43] where he threw that where that
[01:11:45] pass was thrown to
[01:11:47] a fourth down conversion.
[01:11:49] That should have been caught.
[01:11:50] Now I just agree.
[01:11:51] I think that was all meant you.
[01:11:52] He did not throw the ball.
[01:11:54] No, I mean, there's no way that
[01:11:56] kind of screen pass could have
[01:11:57] adjusted to turn back stop
[01:11:59] and go backwards to catch that
[01:12:00] ball. It was a poorly
[01:12:02] placed poorly timed ball.
[01:12:05] It hit him in the hands.
[01:12:06] Yeah. I mean, he's lucky.
[01:12:08] He's lucky it even did that.
[01:12:10] He should go watch that again.
[01:12:12] Go watch that again.
[01:12:13] I watched it like 50 fucking
[01:12:15] times. It should have been Jonathan
[01:12:16] Taylor in there.
[01:12:17] Yeah, that was stupid as fuck too.
[01:12:19] But if that ball is bad, same
[01:12:21] play, Taylor's not catching that either.
[01:12:23] He is.
[01:12:26] That's an easy catch.
[01:12:28] He may he may have torn an MCL
[01:12:30] or something trying to do it.
[01:12:34] So but yeah, man, that's I think
[01:12:36] the Ravens are going to win.
[01:12:37] Honestly, I think the Ravens
[01:12:38] might win everything this year,
[01:12:39] but they might.
[01:12:41] I don't like getting ahead of myself
[01:12:42] and saying that because, like I said,
[01:12:44] it's the NFL. Anything can happen.
[01:12:46] And yeah, he's got a lot of his mind.
[01:12:50] You know, like I think this,
[01:12:52] I honestly think that
[01:12:54] of the remaining teams in the AFC,
[01:12:56] I think the Texans have more of a
[01:12:58] chance of beating Baltimore than
[01:12:59] Buffalo or KC does.
[01:13:01] And the reason I say that is that as
[01:13:03] Texas has Houston's already played
[01:13:05] him this year.
[01:13:06] And I think that that is very,
[01:13:08] very big in terms of seeing Lamar
[01:13:09] Jackson in the season is that's why
[01:13:12] his record is so good against NFC teams.
[01:13:14] They've never seen him before.
[01:13:15] Yeah. And you look at his
[01:13:17] history when they play teams twice,
[01:13:19] a lot of times they split.
[01:13:21] Do you think he's going to win
[01:13:22] MVP this season? Yes.
[01:13:24] That would be crazy because I don't
[01:13:26] did he did he throw a 20th
[01:13:27] touchdown in the last game?
[01:13:28] I don't think he did right?
[01:13:31] Yeah, but I don't think it matters.
[01:13:32] Yeah, I don't think it matters either.
[01:13:34] I think that he makes plays other ways,
[01:13:36] but it would be crazy.
[01:13:38] It'd be the first it'd be the first NFL
[01:13:39] MVP quarterback who hasn't thrown at
[01:13:41] least 20 touchdowns in like a really
[01:13:43] long time. I think he threw five in
[01:13:45] the dolphins game.
[01:13:46] Did he? Yeah, he might have ended right
[01:13:48] at 20. I know it was close.
[01:13:50] I think he had 24.
[01:13:52] Oh, did he? I think it was 24
[01:13:54] touchdowns and he has five rushing.
[01:13:56] So I think I think.
[01:13:59] So I had 24 passing 20.
[01:14:01] I think it was 29 total touchdowns.
[01:14:04] I could be wrong, but I think
[01:14:05] it's 29. I think the number it was
[01:14:07] was under 30.
[01:14:08] I'm I'm not openly I'm not a Ravens
[01:14:12] fan or anything. I don't hate on him
[01:14:13] or anything like this.
[01:14:14] I think he's going to win it.
[01:14:15] I do. This is the thing about Lamar
[01:14:17] Jackson.
[01:14:19] I'm a diehard Lamar fan.
[01:14:21] I was I was I lost my mind
[01:14:24] when they drafted him and everybody
[01:14:25] the next day was like, oh, this is
[01:14:26] dumb as fuck.
[01:14:27] And I was like, why?
[01:14:29] Like what is wrong with this?
[01:14:30] Like I was actually I was hurt.
[01:14:32] You know, I was like, this sucks.
[01:14:34] Fucking so pumped for this.
[01:14:35] And I think
[01:14:38] John Harbaugh summed it up really well
[01:14:40] in 2019 when Lamar was like going
[01:14:42] rip shit on people with no weapons
[01:14:44] whatsoever.
[01:14:45] Really, really bad offensive coordinator.
[01:14:48] Harbaugh pulled him aside.
[01:14:50] It was in that Seattle game right
[01:14:52] after they went for it.
[01:14:52] And Lamar beat an NFL team by
[01:14:54] himself in that game.
[01:14:55] He no one was doing anything to help
[01:14:57] him and he just went ballistic.
[01:15:00] I think that will be like the game
[01:15:01] of his career when his career
[01:15:03] ends.
[01:15:04] But he went fucking crazy in the
[01:15:06] second half.
[01:15:07] He had like 100 rushing yards, two
[01:15:09] touchdowns like just went rip shit.
[01:15:11] That was the day I was like that guy
[01:15:13] is going to win the fucking MVP.
[01:15:14] And that was in 2019.
[01:15:15] But John Harbaugh on the bench,
[01:15:17] there's like a moment where he's
[01:15:18] like yelling at him and it's on
[01:15:19] the wired thing.
[01:15:21] And he's telling him, he's like,
[01:15:22] do you realize what you're doing
[01:15:23] right now?
[01:15:24] And he told him he was like every
[01:15:25] kid is going to be fighting over
[01:15:27] where in the number eight when
[01:15:28] they're playing in school.
[01:15:29] And that that that is true.
[01:15:31] It's very, very true.
[01:15:32] And I get to see it in real time
[01:15:33] because my son is 11 years old
[01:15:35] and I could never get him to watch
[01:15:36] football until he saw Lamar
[01:15:37] start going crazy.
[01:15:39] And now he you know, this will be
[01:15:40] his first game coming with me on
[01:15:41] Saturday.
[01:15:43] But you know, now he wants to
[01:15:44] watch it and all his friends when
[01:15:46] they're like throwing a football
[01:15:47] out back there like, I'm Lamar
[01:15:48] Jackson and then start running
[01:15:50] around and stuff.
[01:15:51] Just like we did with Michael
[01:15:52] Jordan when we were kids or
[01:15:53] whatever.
[01:15:54] But people are using
[01:15:56] and this is why I think Lamar
[01:15:57] is the MVP and I should
[01:15:59] I don't even think it should be
[01:16:00] a question.
[01:16:01] People use traditional stats
[01:16:04] to try to justify how
[01:16:06] good or not good he is.
[01:16:07] You can't do that with him.
[01:16:09] No, you can't.
[01:16:10] You cannot do it.
[01:16:11] Every single game that he plays,
[01:16:13] I don't give a shit what team it
[01:16:14] is right now. He is the best
[01:16:16] player on the field from both
[01:16:18] teams combined and it's not
[01:16:19] close.
[01:16:20] You know, I think he's arguably
[01:16:22] the best player in all the
[01:16:23] football right now.
[01:16:24] He's at least up there
[01:16:26] as one of the best athletes in
[01:16:27] all the football.
[01:16:28] He just fucking wins, man.
[01:16:30] Like he makes shit happen.
[01:16:32] He almost seems like he defies
[01:16:34] the he defies like science
[01:16:37] with some of the plays that he
[01:16:38] makes.
[01:16:39] And there are some plays where
[01:16:41] he's been in the pocket running
[01:16:42] around for 15 seconds this
[01:16:44] year and then can drop a dime
[01:16:46] 40 yards down the field.
[01:16:47] The dude's got an arm.
[01:16:49] Yeah.
[01:16:50] And you know, does he make a
[01:16:52] lot of mistakes? Yep.
[01:16:53] I think he tries to play
[01:16:54] Superman way too much.
[01:16:56] But the thing is like this
[01:16:58] season he seems to have matured
[01:16:59] quite a bit and he's not doing
[01:17:01] that as much.
[01:17:02] You know what I mean? So that's
[01:17:04] always been the big knock on him
[01:17:05] besides that that in health.
[01:17:07] But he also now has
[01:17:09] proper guidance and proper
[01:17:10] leadership where before
[01:17:13] I let's let's be real here.
[01:17:14] He's the only reason Greg
[01:17:15] Roman had a job the past
[01:17:16] couple of years.
[01:17:17] And Greg Romans job as offensive
[01:17:19] coordinator was just be like,
[01:17:21] are you guys running do some
[01:17:22] shit down there?
[01:17:23] You run over and do some crap
[01:17:25] over there.
[01:17:26] Hope that this guy blocks and
[01:17:27] do your thing.
[01:17:28] That that was what their entire
[01:17:30] offense was with with Greg
[01:17:31] Roman. And that's why the kid
[01:17:32] we kept getting hurt.
[01:17:33] You know, he doesn't have to do
[01:17:34] that now and you're seeing he's
[01:17:35] not run first.
[01:17:36] He's he's using his legs wisely
[01:17:39] and he still has like 900
[01:17:40] rushing notes.
[01:17:42] You know, so I don't know.
[01:17:43] I just think the dude is a
[01:17:44] phenom and we're very, very
[01:17:46] lucky to get to watch him
[01:17:47] right now.
[01:17:48] I felt the same way when Michael
[01:17:49] Vic was doing his shit.
[01:17:51] Yeah. And before he started
[01:17:52] killing dogs and doing all
[01:17:53] this.
[01:17:55] But he was watching
[01:17:57] watching him. He changed.
[01:17:58] He changed everything.
[01:17:59] He changed the whole landscape
[01:18:00] and I think Lamar is doing it
[01:18:02] now and he's way fucking better
[01:18:04] than what Vic was doing.
[01:18:05] And he's he's the evolution of
[01:18:07] quarterbacks now.
[01:18:09] I just think that we're lucky
[01:18:10] to get to see it right now.
[01:18:11] And I'm lucky as a Ravens
[01:18:13] fan that you get to have that
[01:18:14] dude as a quarterback every week.
[01:18:16] Yeah. And if he wins another
[01:18:17] MVP this year, I
[01:18:19] think it would be really hard
[01:18:20] for anyone to argue with you,
[01:18:22] honestly.
[01:18:24] Everybody wants to argue now.
[01:18:25] I feel like outside of Baltimore,
[01:18:26] everybody thinks it should be
[01:18:28] somebody else.
[01:18:28] But I mean, we saw him
[01:18:30] on the field with everybody else
[01:18:32] in the discussion and he's whipped
[01:18:33] their ass.
[01:18:34] Who though?
[01:18:36] I wreak people say a lot.
[01:18:38] But I think Tyree showed late
[01:18:39] in the season. He fell apart.
[01:18:41] Yeah. A receiver has never won
[01:18:42] it. And yeah, CMC
[01:18:44] Christian McCaffrey.
[01:18:45] He's the beast.
[01:18:46] He's an animal.
[01:18:48] I mean, yeah, that's I mean,
[01:18:49] that's a good there's a good
[01:18:50] argument there.
[01:18:51] He's my favorite.
[01:18:53] There is. There's a good argument
[01:18:54] there. CMC CMC
[01:18:55] wasn't the best player on the
[01:18:56] field when Baltimore and San
[01:18:57] Fran played.
[01:18:59] He might. No, probably not.
[01:19:00] No.
[01:19:02] I don't know if there's another
[01:19:03] argument.
[01:19:05] Purdy Purdy was a big name.
[01:19:07] But he had the best player on
[01:19:08] the field when San Fran and
[01:19:09] Baltimore played either.
[01:19:10] Well, yeah. When Purdy had that
[01:19:12] really fucking terrible game
[01:19:13] that kind of knocked him out of
[01:19:14] the MVP.
[01:19:14] Yeah. I mean, I really don't
[01:19:15] know who else could possibly be
[01:19:17] it. Maybe Josh Allen could be
[01:19:18] in the discussion now.
[01:19:20] Maybe he throws
[01:19:22] way too many interceptions.
[01:19:23] Yeah. I mean, to be an MVP at
[01:19:25] least.
[01:19:27] He had a rough first half of the
[01:19:29] year.
[01:19:30] He's an amazing fucking athlete
[01:19:31] in amazing talent.
[01:19:32] Yeah. He turns the ball over way
[01:19:34] too much.
[01:19:35] Yeah. He turns the ball over too
[01:19:36] much. But again, we finally
[01:19:38] saw a change with Buffalo that
[01:19:40] I thought has been a problem
[01:19:41] with them for a long time is,
[01:19:43] you know, people like to say
[01:19:44] that Lamar runs too much.
[01:19:46] Josh Allen runs too fucking much.
[01:19:48] He is.
[01:19:49] He is their running game.
[01:19:50] And he's also really reckless at
[01:19:52] the end of his run.
[01:19:53] They've had killer running backs
[01:19:54] that they don't use, though.
[01:19:56] I know. You know what I mean?
[01:19:57] They've had. Look at look at
[01:19:58] me. Currently, they have James
[01:19:59] Cook like he's a pretty good
[01:20:01] fucking running back.
[01:20:02] They traded Zach Moss last year
[01:20:04] and never used him. He had
[01:20:06] horrible numbers. Look how sick
[01:20:07] he was with the Colts when
[01:20:08] Taylor was out.
[01:20:09] Yeah, it's true.
[01:20:10] You know what I mean? Like,
[01:20:11] they've always had these good
[01:20:12] running backs.
[01:20:13] Singletary, you know, like
[01:20:15] they had bad ass running backs.
[01:20:17] They never fucking used them.
[01:20:18] And Josh Allen is just running
[01:20:20] and running and running.
[01:20:21] And, you know, I think James
[01:20:23] Cook pretty well this year.
[01:20:24] I thought they started to when
[01:20:26] they fired their OC.
[01:20:27] Yeah, this is the part of my
[01:20:29] fantasy leagues as a flex.
[01:20:30] And I definitely felt
[01:20:32] the pain of the couple weeks I
[01:20:34] started him and was like, fuck.
[01:20:37] They can even do something.
[01:20:38] And then when they finally fired
[01:20:39] their OC, he blew up.
[01:20:40] I did the game against Dallas.
[01:20:42] He went rip shit.
[01:20:44] But they also started throwing
[01:20:45] him the ball. They started doing
[01:20:46] a lot with him.
[01:20:47] They they this was the season
[01:20:49] they kind of changed it up a
[01:20:50] little bit.
[01:20:52] I'm curious to see what they do
[01:20:53] next year, but, you know, they're
[01:20:55] not Baltimore's a fuck them.
[01:20:57] I yeah, I feel like
[01:20:59] the bills are my pick to win the
[01:21:00] Super Bowl right up until
[01:21:02] I remember how much Josh Allen
[01:21:04] turns the ball over and then I
[01:21:05] can't pick them to win the Super
[01:21:07] Bowl. Their defense has struggled
[01:21:08] this year, too. They started
[01:21:10] putting it back on late in the
[01:21:11] season.
[01:21:12] But at a midseason, their defense
[01:21:13] was a problem.
[01:21:15] Like they they were
[01:21:17] a weird season.
[01:21:18] Yeah, they definitely they're
[01:21:19] midseason. But you know what?
[01:21:20] They're hot at the right time.
[01:21:21] It's the same thing with Houston,
[01:21:22] man.
[01:21:23] Houston is like lightning
[01:21:25] hot right now.
[01:21:27] So but I think they're going to
[01:21:28] get cooled off really fucking
[01:21:29] fast on Saturday.
[01:21:31] But again, I could be wrong when
[01:21:32] this when this airs in a week, I
[01:21:34] might look like the biggest
[01:21:35] asshole in the world.
[01:21:36] Yeah, whatever.
[01:21:37] It doesn't matter.
[01:21:40] I think it was like last week
[01:21:40] or something I said to Ron, like,
[01:21:42] you know, CJ Stroud for the
[01:21:43] fucking Texans since you mentioned
[01:21:45] the Texans.
[01:21:47] He has like his throwing motion
[01:21:49] is like the closest thing to Dan
[01:21:51] Marino that I have seen in the NFL
[01:21:53] like period.
[01:21:54] Sometimes a kid like he gets that
[01:21:56] shit up and out like quick as
[01:21:58] fuck.
[01:21:59] Dude's got a dude's got a future
[01:22:00] in this fucking league.
[01:22:01] Oh, yeah, he is.
[01:22:02] He is the best quarterback to
[01:22:04] come out of the draft.
[01:22:05] And the holy fuck.
[01:22:06] It's not close.
[01:22:07] Dude is good.
[01:22:08] Yeah, he's nasty.
[01:22:09] He's he's going to be he's
[01:22:10] definitely going to always be in
[01:22:12] the top five discussion going
[01:22:13] forward because there's you know,
[01:22:14] there's a lot of mediocrity at
[01:22:16] quarterback play right now.
[01:22:18] Yeah. And you know what, man,
[01:22:19] like I don't think the Chiefs are
[01:22:21] fucking good right now.
[01:22:23] I think that they they have a
[01:22:24] problem. They're finding ways to
[01:22:25] win because they let's
[01:22:27] let's be real. Andy Reid has
[01:22:28] been a great coach for a long
[01:22:29] time in the NFL.
[01:22:31] But I know what they lost.
[01:22:33] I know exactly what they lost.
[01:22:34] They lost their discipline,
[01:22:35] which was Eric Biennamy.
[01:22:37] Eric Biennamy did anything else
[01:22:38] well except discipline their
[01:22:40] players. They lost their
[01:22:41] discipline. They lost their hands
[01:22:43] to them. And they fucking and
[01:22:45] they they lost
[01:22:48] and you know, the other thing
[01:22:49] that's happened and this is
[01:22:50] you'll disagree and this is some
[01:22:52] stupid shit is I tell my
[01:22:53] Swiftie wife this all the time.
[01:22:56] Oh, Travis Kelsey's girlfriend.
[01:22:58] Yeah. So
[01:23:00] so my my wife and my daughter
[01:23:03] like big Taylor Swift people
[01:23:06] if you notice
[01:23:07] every single time
[01:23:10] Travis Kelsey doesn't catch the
[01:23:11] ball. He puts his hands up for a
[01:23:13] flag.
[01:23:14] Every single time
[01:23:18] the thing is at Pat Mahomes
[01:23:20] everybody's super popular though.
[01:23:21] So yeah, so Pat Mahomes does
[01:23:23] the same thing every time one of
[01:23:25] his receivers just flat out
[01:23:26] doesn't catch the ball. I'm
[01:23:27] with you. Waves his hands and
[01:23:29] get shitty because they're not
[01:23:30] getting a flag.
[01:23:31] What's different this year in
[01:23:33] my opinion is they got
[01:23:35] those last year.
[01:23:36] They got them the year before he
[01:23:38] became the he became the new
[01:23:39] darling. You know, he was the
[01:23:40] guy that the NFL was going to
[01:23:42] protect. You know, it was Tom
[01:23:43] Brady forever.
[01:23:44] You know, whatever he's been the
[01:23:46] guy. Yeah.
[01:23:47] I think that changed because
[01:23:49] Taylor Swift is at their games.
[01:23:51] It puts so many fucking eyes
[01:23:53] onto their like non football
[01:23:56] fans and other football fans whose
[01:23:57] wife is suddenly like, oh, let's
[01:23:59] watch the Jets game tonight.
[01:24:00] That no one gave a fuck about
[01:24:02] the chief's Jets game except for
[01:24:04] the fact that she was there and
[01:24:05] that's the highest rated game of
[01:24:06] the year. You know, like
[01:24:07] I really believe the NFL told
[01:24:10] the referees like, do not fuck
[01:24:11] around. Be on your peas and
[01:24:13] queues. There's a lot of extra
[01:24:14] eyes in this shit.
[01:24:15] And that's why I think now they
[01:24:17] suddenly because of her presence,
[01:24:18] they're not getting the calls
[01:24:19] anymore. And I really I really
[01:24:21] think there's something to that.
[01:24:22] I heard somebody talking about it
[01:24:23] on a radio show, but I really,
[01:24:25] really believe there's something
[01:24:26] to that because make sense
[01:24:28] because now you see they're not
[01:24:29] getting the calls and there's
[01:24:31] calls being being made against
[01:24:32] them that were not happening
[01:24:33] before.
[01:24:34] Yeah, that off sides.
[01:24:36] Yeah. The classic.
[01:24:37] Yeah.
[01:24:38] Fucking baby.
[01:24:40] He was over that too.
[01:24:41] Like the dude was
[01:24:43] a mile away.
[01:24:45] Insanely off sides.
[01:24:46] Like it wasn't chemical.
[01:24:47] It was like I could see.
[01:24:49] I could see him like being
[01:24:51] upset if like the dude's toe
[01:24:53] was at the nose of the football.
[01:24:54] He was completely in front of
[01:24:56] the football.
[01:24:58] Like the dude was the dude might
[01:24:59] as well been lined up with the
[01:25:00] safeties. Like
[01:25:02] it made sense.
[01:25:03] And then but even even he's
[01:25:05] such a fucking asshole
[01:25:07] that even when he was like
[01:25:09] hugging Josh Allen at the end of
[01:25:10] the game, he was just a worth
[01:25:12] fucking call I ever seen in my
[01:25:13] life. Josh Allen doesn't give a
[01:25:15] fuck.
[01:25:16] Yeah. You know what I mean?
[01:25:17] Like just shut up, man.
[01:25:19] Like just roll up there and be
[01:25:20] like good game, man.
[01:25:21] You know, good game.
[01:25:22] Pause aside, good game, dude.
[01:25:23] You fucking we got rocked.
[01:25:25] We lost.
[01:25:26] But they're not capable of
[01:25:27] doing that.
[01:25:28] I hate Pat Malm's man.
[01:25:29] He's he's one of my least
[01:25:31] favorite players in the NFL.
[01:25:33] I think it's hilarious that
[01:25:34] he sounds exactly like Kenny
[01:25:36] Powers.
[01:25:37] He does.
[01:25:38] You have you seen the video?
[01:25:40] Yeah.
[01:25:41] Yeah, they just like play the
[01:25:42] sentence into another sentence
[01:25:43] and like if you close your eyes
[01:25:44] like Kermit the frog, though,
[01:25:46] you can't tell.
[01:25:49] Yeah. I hear Travis
[01:25:51] and Jason Kelsey both do
[01:25:52] really good impressions of
[01:25:54] his voice.
[01:25:55] I've heard it.
[01:25:57] I've listened to their podcast
[01:25:58] once or twice.
[01:25:59] Yeah.
[01:26:01] So but yeah, man.
[01:26:03] But I think it's Ravens
[01:26:04] and you're saying bills and you
[01:26:06] think bills and lions.
[01:26:08] I think Ravens Lions.
[01:26:10] I'm bills and Niners, but that's
[01:26:11] what I called preseason.
[01:26:13] I think I'm going.
[01:26:15] My pick is Ravens Niners.
[01:26:17] All right, Chad, thanks so much,
[01:26:18] dude. Yeah, it's been a pleasure
[01:26:20] as always guys talking to you
[01:26:21] all the time. So go Ravens.
[01:26:24] Yeah.
[01:26:25] Super looking forward to the
[01:26:27] fucking new EP too, man.
[01:26:28] Yeah, man. It's you guys
[01:26:30] are here before everybody else.
[01:26:32] I'm going to send you a message
[01:26:33] as soon as we're off with this.
[01:26:34] Fuck yeah. Fuck yeah.
[01:26:35] Thank you. All right.
[01:26:36] Later, man. Later, man.
[01:26:37] Peace.
[01:26:47] And I do this shit.
[01:26:49] I can still hear you.
[01:26:51] So what do I have to press?
[01:26:53] Close.
